Most products are backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is also transferrable, so if you sell your home, the new owners will get the same Express Sunrooms service that you did. All projects come with the Express Sunrooms “no questions asked” warranty, which is exactly what it says “no questions asked.” Call us with a problem, we will ask no questions as to how or why it happened, we will simply fix the problem. The kid next door throws a baseball through your new screen porch, call us, no questions asked, we will come out and fix the problem.
NO PAY GUARANTEE
Simply put, no homeowner will pay Express Sunrooms any money up front. We will take care of the entire project start to finish at our expense and once the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied, Express Sunrooms will get paid. (Custom orders excluded).
